Draper Therapies has packed up all their goods and headed from Canton, MA all the way down to Lexington, KY for a monumental event. The World Equestrian Games are what many call the “Horse Olympics” which will span over sixteen days and cover eight disciplines. Over 60 countries will be competing on 800+ horses with close to 800 athletes at the Games. Even though this is horse related, it doesn’t mean that knowledge and information stops with the horse. Draper has put together educational days in their booth that is bringing in athlete signings, presentations and even demonstrations to anyone in attendance. There will also be a plethora of information from training tips, to nutrition and even cool recycled dog toys! The greatest part about all this and how it all ties back into the Draper Philanthropy project, is that companies such as SOAR Pet Products, West Paw Designs, Three Stride Studios, Hassler Dressage and the Equestrian Aid Foundation have either donated items to be sold or will donate a portion of profits to go directly towards the Spencer Bell Endowment Fund. We even have a cool new donation box to bring with us to all of our shows so that people can learn more about what we’re doing and how to help. The University of Michigan has also donated wonderful stacks of information regarding Adrenal Cancer and the Comprehensive Care Center so that education on this cause goes far beyond our efforts.
